Our Irish Dance Bootcamp classes cater for all standards from beginners to advanced. They are ideal for people who want to dance as a means of fun/fitness. The classes cater for absolute beginners as well as those who have some previous experience and would like to get back into it for fitness. It’s a great way to stay fit as well as having fun doing a few steps.
Scoil Mhuire – Tuesdays 8pm – 9pm (NEW TERM COMMENCING 5th FEBRUARY)
The classes are aimed to boost fitness in a fun and friendly environment through basic Irish dance moves. The first section of the class focuses on warming up, stretching and cardio workout performing simple Irish dance moves to modern upbeat tracks aimed to increase your fitness. The second section then breaks down some steps for you to learn. We will cover some basic/intermediate steps for those who have never danced before as well as some advanced steps for those with previous dance experience.
So whether you can do a few 123’s, danced competitively when you were younger, or are a complete beginner then these classes are for you.
