Mark Hennessey TCRG

Mark HennesseyMark Hennessey is a multi-discipline creative, entertainer and educator. Having toured the world extensively as both a musician and dancer with various shows such as Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance, Mark returned to education and received a Masters in Music & Media Technologies from Trinity College Dublin where he then joined the faculty as a lecturer. He has been teaching Irish dancing in the Trim and Navan area for almost 10 years where his pupils regularly perform in feiseanna (competitions), charity events and most recently performed with Riverdance in Croke Park for Pope Francis at the Celebration of Families. He has also previously worked as a violin teacher in the North Dublin School of music and currently lectures in Pulse College in Windmill Lane Studios in Dublin. Mark toured for seven years as both a professional musician and dancer with various productions including Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance, Feet of Flames and Celtic Tiger. Whilst traveling he performed all over the world including most of Europe, Asia, US & Canada as well as residing in Las Vegas.

Aisling Mc Veigh TCRG

aislingAisling began dancing at the age of five with the Grainne McCormack School of Irish Dancing. She danced competitively, placing in the top three in the All Ireland and Leinster Championships.
She started dancing professionally with Celtic Rhythm while studying Commerce International & German at UCD. Graduating with a First Class Honours Degree in 2006, she began touring full-time with various productions including Gaelforce Dance and Irish Nights.
Since joining Riverdance, Aisling has toured North America, Korea, China, South Africa , Australia, Singapore & Hong Kong with the highlight being performing in the Gaiety Theatre, Dublin for family & friends in her hometown.On completing her TCRG Irish Dance teacher exams Aisling started her own dance school with Mark Hennessey. As Aisling is currently living abroad due to work commitments she is not teaching classes at this time.
